There is no registration fee for students, graduate students and researchers from public institutions. The fee for participants from private companies is U$S 100 to be paid in cash at arrival to the Local Organizing Committee (argentinian pesos are also accepted, please confirm the official exchange rate here). The fee includes attendance to the lectures, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.
The number of participants will be limited due to room space. Applicants are required to submit a CV (including a complete list of publications) along with a brief description of current research/work interests, to help the Scientific Committee to make a decision. Please upload the information in a single pdf file, named after your last name, Baggins-CV.pdf.
If you plan to present a poster, you have to upload an abstract, also in pdf format. It should be written following this template. Please, name the abstract after the first author's last name, e.g., Baggins-abstract.pdf .
We have applied for funds to provide financial assistance to partially cover living expenses for students who present a poster.
